I made this for a child's birthday so I thought I'd use bright, fun colors. The paper is from the new Pattern Party host paper and I took my colors from that. I used pieces from my scrap boxes to cut the mouse and cupcake.
I would never have guessed that two stripes could look good together but I really do like the rainbow stripes against the very small stripes of the ribbon. This is one of those what-the-heck-let's-see-how-it-looks times that actually worked out!

This mouse and his big cupcake are really cute. I would love to eat a cupcake that big if I could. Fun card with the striped papers and lots of colors.
