Thank you, LeAnne, for the color challenge for today. Colors to use are Pool Party, So Saffron, Mint Macaron and for dessert use dots.
I have used sponges to color parts of the front of the card and also used So Saffron ink directly on the ribbon to add a little extra color. The background texture is from the Painted Texture EF.
Inspiration for this card comes from a card found on Pinterest designed by Jo Laughlin.

Penni, you've sold me on that embossing folder! It adds such an artistic touch to the background. And you've added a special touch by putting a second layer on the flowers--I need to remember to do that. It adds such much interest! Lovely card!

Love this layout Penni! That second layer of embossed background is very unique and I really like how you've enhanced it with the color. Beautiful card!
