I've ended up with two samples for Lisa's great WTUI challenge this week!
I made my foil tape background for Jayne's last week, and thought it would be a good masculine card for DH's friend in Maine. He said "put an old-fashioned sailing ship on it". I didn't think it would go, but I made this and sure enough, he didn't like it. Neither did I, but that was a foregone conclusion anyway. So I found this piece of embossed blue buffed with copper in my background box, cut a silver net, stamped the log, crumpled it up, distressed the edges, swiped again with ink to highlight the crumples, and added the starfish caught in the net.

I like all the layers on this Sabrina. The netting is wonderful texture and it's fun how your starfish is caught in the net. TFS Happy day

The texture for your ship is perfect and the addition of the netting and the distressing on the ships log is wonderful additions to your boat. Finishing off with the starfish is all it needed to make a wonderful masculine card. Thank you so much for making a second card for the challenge.
