This is that new technique where you use alcohol markers and scribble them on vellum and then you take 91% alcohol and you dab with a paintbrush onto the vellum - it's lots of fun - no two are the same. I had to substitute some of the colors because I had to use which colors are closest to the colors that came in blends. My dessert was Night of Navy. Happy Tuesday everyone!

Karen, isn’t that a fun technique, though? I’ve been working with the Blends and alcohol, too. Your colors came out so beautifully vibrant. Very nicely done.

This is so dramatic. I love the look of the alcohol markered background. I will have to give that a go again. The silhouette of the trees looks amazing against the sky.
