I made a swirly ocean background (actually, I think this was a test piece, and it turned out to be usable!) with DOX Salty Ocean for the background. My sand is a mixture of Cognac and Silly's Fog EP (turned out to be a great gold!). I cut my net and seaweed out of a gel print and adhered with Bearly Art glue. The sand dollars were cut from metallic CS (as was one bit of coral). The merpeople and sentiment were embossed with Oceanic EP (sentiment on vellum with clear ink; merpeople on CS stamped with black pigment ink - different result!). I added some WOW Sparkles to the merpeople before they were dry. Finally I added a few sequins for ocean bubbles.
