Congratulations Heather I had fun poking about in your gallery and this pretty fancy flower border card kept catching my eye. When I went looking at what I have (knowing I have nothing really like that tool wise) I had thought I had a leafy border die and I had seen this scrap of leaf printed paper in a scrap bin and decided to go flat with the pattern and plain with the border. And then when it was time to add a greeting I ended up flipping it to landscape and left off the gems for another change. This card was done entirely from scraps YAY! Heather, I hope you like this and enjoy your week, thanks for this challenge Julie & tfl.

Such a lovely card made from scraps and gorgeous paper, Stacy. The sentiment is so touching and sure to make someone feel special. A super pretty case. Hugz

Stacy, this is such a great case of Heather's card. I love the designer paper you used and how perfectly the decorative border works with it. The tulle is such a perfect embellishment to add an additional touch of feminine softness.
