Playing with this Catherine Pooler CELEBRATE die I purchased recently. I just loved the fun bold font.
Die cut the sentiment 4 times - once from a stitched, die cut panel of Bazzill card stock, once from a scrap of red-orange card stock, once from a scrap of orange card stock and once from some patterned card stock. Inlaid the red-orange sentiment into the negative space in the Bazzill panel. Layered the patterned sentiment over the orange one for some dimension and attached to my focal panel, offsetting slightly so that the red-orange sentiment would act as a shadow.
Assembled my card and embellished with gold star sequins from Pretty Pink Posh. Added a small orange sequin to the center of the flower on the die cut patterned card stock.
I love how this turned out - fun colors, fun font.
I'm posting this to this week's Seize the Birthday challenge. Since one of the flowers on my patterned card stock was nice enough to position itself well on the sentiment, I'm going to stretch it a bit and call it a Spring flower to go with this week's dessert.
TFL!

Oh! I found the little flower in the die cut sentiment 😊 ! It's a cheerful and happy birthday card in the warm yellow orange tone! Thank you so much for playing along at Seize the Birthday!
