Hello! Kia is our hostess for WCW045 this week and she has chosen a Lavendar Fields Tutorial.
You are never going to believe it, but I only made one attempt this week! I really should have practiced more but... I gave the wrist-flicking leaves a try and it was fun. This uptight artist needs to allow herself to flick more often! Haha. I added salt to the background and that turned out pretty well. I messed up in lots of places but we will try and ignore that! Ha!
I really like the Picket Fence Studios Fancy Sentiments with Coordinating dies. I like how the sentiment doesn't take up as much space as sentiments stamped on banners. This girl cannot cut around a sentiment, nope, dies are a must!

Just gorgeous, Angie. I think your flicking was perfect and the background/sky is great. I like the added yellow and your lavender looks awesome. Oh, and I like that die cut for the sentiment, also.

Beautiful lavender. You keep wrist flicking those leaves. They are lovely along with your salted background. The sentiment die looks very attractive . Tfs

An amazing work of art - I can almost feel the gentle breeze wafting through that lavender field and the salted bg makes me think of bits of fairy dust are kissing those blooms!

Absolutely stunning Angie and whatever flicking you did to this it came out beautifully. I so wish I could watercolour. This is just amazing. Love the effect the salt gave. TFS. Happy day
