Hello! Kia is our hostess for WCW045 this week and she has chosen a Lavendar Fields Tutorial.
You are never going to believe it, but I only made one attempt this week! I really should have practiced more but... I gave the wrist-flicking leaves a try and it was fun. This uptight artist needs to allow herself to flick more often! Haha. I added salt to the background and that turned out pretty well. I messed up in lots of places but we will try and ignore that! Ha!
I really like the Picket Fence Studios Fancy Sentiments with Coordinating dies. I like how the sentiment doesn't take up as much space as sentiments stamped on banners. This girl cannot cut around a sentiment, nope, dies are a must!

Oh my!!!! This is amazing, love absolutly everything with this card!!! So you stop talking about should haves and messing up - that is simply not the case, because this card, this painting is just as it should be!!! Beautiful!

Gorgeous, Angie! Way to let loose and paint this beautiful field of lavender. The background is such a beautiful color and you got a fantastic salt effect! I love it!

Love the mix of pink and purple in the background. The salt really makes it look like distant lavender which ties in so well with the beautiful lavender spikes at the front.
