CAS632 Hello in Flowers

This is my entry for flower power. I totally CASE'd this card from Kavya and I saw hers on instagram here at https://www.instagram.com/p/CLpK1CbJo9p/. She used washi tape on hers but I used strips of paper and I also used my misty to get good coverage, had to stamp it quite a few times to get it go on dark like I wanted. No other coloring needed. I really like how it came out and I asked my hubby what he thought and he said "I'm not sure I like that" LOL. He likes everything I make but apparently not this one. Oh well, I love it and that's all that matters right? Next time I won't ask him! LOL

Wow, I certainly love this! The contrast between the bright colours and the black and white line drawing looks spectacular!

Hmm, I love it! That crisp black stamping against the white backdrop is perfect with the surprise of the rainbow stripe near the bottom. Definitely a win in my book!

Art is so subjective. You and your DH won't agree on everything even though you'd like it better. I think this is very successful. You have a lot of white space and the crisp black line art against all the primary colors of the rainbow. It's the color balance that I think makes this shine. I took a couple of design classes- can you tell? Ha, ha. But I'm trying to find the words to describe why I like this. And right away, I wondered how you got the image stamped so well. The Misty to the rescue.
