The blue background and the brown background were both in my stash (wrinkle free distress). I embossed the brown one and then sanded it. The flowers are done with a technique called stencil tracing. Trace through the stencil with a pen and then paint or color them. Then they were cut out. The song bird was also in my stash. I added some bits of old music paper.
There is a lot on this card, but it was fun to make.

What a great card, a brilliant idea to use the corrugated card for the barrel, so much texture with the wall and the BG, love the bird with the newsprint and pretty colours.

This is so fabulous Melody! I love everything about it! I keep looking and see another detail I love! That bird is wonderful...but then so is everything! Love the colors too. Can you tell I like it? LOL
