S - Spring Scenery, stitched die
P - Peaceful
R - Rabbits, Robyn
I - Inks
N - Nature
G - Garden of Flowers
The background for this card was water coloured. I added the hills in the background by tearing paper and using a blending brush to add a light shadow.
Stamped the trees in dark blue VersaFine Clair inks. The bunnies and Fairy were stamped with Brilliance graphite ink. Next the creatures were given something to sit on (grounded) - except I now see that one bunny is hopping from foot to foot in tune with the music. The flowers were added using Distress Inks.
The picture was then finished off with some gel glitter pens to give some added sparkle.
I will put this in the mail tomorrow - but knowing what the mail is like to and from Canada - it could be quite some time. I have only just received a Christmas Card - mailed three months ago! Hopefully this card won't take that long - but you never know.
Hope you enjoy visiting this peaceful spring scene.

Oh my. And oh my. I saw this this morning, but I was working from home and couldn't take the time out to leave a comment on it. It is absolutely magical. I think the dancing hare works perfectly. And I love the colour added to the wings. I'm not, by and large, a fairy person but as a flute player, I did buy this stamp, and will reference this next time I use it.
