Sadly, my silver #'s 1-9 do not show in the scan of this sympathy card. They are spaced all around on the card and add a shine and more interest. This panel is my own discovered Thermal Art technique (it was published in the holiday issue of Rubberstampmadness last year and I can send you a copy of the article if you want to PM me) White Thermal labels, the kind on your UPS packages, react to heat. The darkest kitty was stamped with Versamark and as the white embossing powder melts, the heat from the heat gun transforms the white to various shades of gray and black depending on how close and how long one applies the heat to the label. I masked that cat and added a couple more with memories ink. Others are ghosted in there as well. I added the yellow with Copics, stamped the sentiment with StazOn and then dry embossed the panel with a cloud folder. I trimmed the label a little, peeled off the backing and mounted on yellow CS. This is also for today's MIX Challenge: Pantone 2021, colors of yellow and gray. I have used this cat image more than any other in my collection.

I like the way the front cat is dominant, with the other two ghosted in the background. The yellow outlining looks super.
I've certainly rendered more than one fax illegible in the past by putting a coffee mug down on it!!

Beautiful card! The background looks amazing and what an interesting and fun technique! Beautiful with the ghosted cats behind the focal one, and I see why you use that stamp - it´s wonderful!

Those other two in the bg, must be his previous lives. I wonder what number he's on now. (Cats are known for having 9 lives) Great card, makes the imagination work!!
