 | | Color Challenge: Soft Cinnamon Meadow with the dessert option to use pink
I started with a new-to-me stamp set that I had to mount the stamps to the wood blocks first. It is a lovely set and even though it was my initial time with it, I used all four stamps.
The distressed burlap stamp looks good in the Cinnamon Cider color. The flower stem was inked in Mossy Meadow and Flirty Flamingo (dessert pink) using markers direct to stamp. The Soft Seafoam was perfect for adding delicate greenery around the darker stem. I had stamped a few panels to become accustomed to the stamps. Then I die-cut one of the stems and used a Mossy Meadow mat. I layered the piece on a card base with some of the greenery and it lined up nicely. The sentiment stamp is an interesting quote. Added some Nuvo Drops which look just like the Cinnamon Cider IRL.
Beautiful colors. I think I will make some more with different sentiments. Thank you for looking! |
