BG was simple, a top fold black card with a white die cut over top. The tough part for me is the coloring! I'm trying to color/shade so it looks more dimensional... It's tough for me, but I'll keep practicing! I know "practice makes perfect!" Although I'm going to be 80 this year...running out practice time! I put 3 thickness of paper behind rose for a bit of height. Added my stamped banner and accented with 3 pearls.

You are shading and doing beautifully with your coloring, Betty. I am afraid I don’t take my time! I am right behind you in age; I will be 76. LOL. But we are having fun , aren’t we? Gorgeous card.

Betty, your flower is beautifully colored and the die looks so pretty in the background.

This is so beautiful. I love your bg die and it looks wonderful with that gorgeous bloom. Your coloring and shading show through and they look great on my screen. Stacking the flower does give it some depth and really lets that bloom shine. Wonderful design on a Wonderful card.

That flower is gorgeous, caught my eye right away when I opened your gallery. And the coloring is perfection. The die cut background is wonderful for this fabulous flower.
