Hello. What a wonderful , bright sunny day God has given us. What better than a bouquet of tulips to start the upcoming spring weather off. I hope you all are doing well and that viewing this card brings you joy.
This card started out well...became a disaster and then was able to be pulled back together with a LOT of rubbing alcohol, determination and patience, ending in an outcome that I’m happy with. I kind did a few steps out of order ...which I have taken very good notes one how not to do things lol. I first stamped the tulips. I colored them with my copics. Next I used Tim Holtz mini stencil to put texture one the card. I splattered it with water down black in and then pure black ink . I die cut the sentiment and colored in the blue around the flowers.
The twine and ribbon came next and then I was finished. I hope you all have a beautiful day.

A Beautiful slimline card, Kari! Gorgeous tulips and coloring too! I like the way you snuck the blue in there; it looks so perfect! Pretty splatters and sponging-two of my favorite things to do~

Whatever the problem were, you certainly ended up with a beautiful design, beautiful card, Kari! I love all the little touches, the shading of the background, the splatters, but especially the coloring of the tulips. Yes, spring is on the way!
