I absolutely Love today's IC site! This Dress is what I found at Retro Stage!
I water colored my image and added white gel pen to the flower centers. Sponged around the edges and popped up over a cantaloupe lace bg stamp with added ribbon. The butterfly was stamped in cantaloupe and popped up. Fancy Fan ef for the bg panel. Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta

The inspiration dress is beautiful, but how you captured it into your card is even better! I love the soft peach color you used all over, and the colors you used for the image is spot on! Beautiful coloring as always!
