 | | These are "just because" cards for my young nieces. My oldest daughter who studied Chinese in college and works in Shanghai was kind enough to write their names in characters. Tombow markers work well for this! Who knew? The name is just sounded out phonetically and represented by the corresponding characters. I die cut a few extras and tucked them inside the card for the girls' to use as they choose.
The doll was stamped, colored, popped up on the stamped shadow, and then glossy accents were added to the hair.
