What a fun and demanding challenge the WCW039 was for me! Loved it. Learned a lot! Thank you!
I sketched a daffodil and a bud and went on it (a bit too heavy) with my watercolors. I also tried the salt technique shown in the inspiration youtube video ( ) and will experiment some more in the future.

Wow, this is Exceptionally Beautiful! I see that you are new to Splitcoast, but you are not new to card making. Beautiful daffodils and bg with lots of interest. Welcome to the challenges. It's easy to get "hooked"~

First - welcome back to SCS - it really is a great supportive community!
Your daffodil rendering is beautiful and I do love the addition of the bud. It's something I would have liked to try on my card but since I've never seen a daff IRL wasn't sure what they looked like. You got a pretty blend of light and shadows on your petals.

What a gorgeous flower you made all by hand. . My mother was an artist. So hard to compete with her....But I do enjoy the lessons on watercolor. My mother worked with acrylics , once the four kids were out of the house. That was her relax time....TFS
