What a fun and demanding challenge the WCW039 was for me! Loved it. Learned a lot! Thank you!
I sketched a daffodil and a bud and went on it (a bit too heavy) with my watercolors. I also tried the salt technique shown in the inspiration youtube video ( ) and will experiment some more in the future.

Wow oh wow!! This is gorgeous! I'm glad you had fun and look forward to you joining us in all the WCW challenges. Your flower came out amazing, but my favorite part is that background that makes me think of an early spring snow. I don't know where you live, but my daffodils tend to get snowed on. Hardy little buggers.

Beautiful. The placement and the bud are so original. I got the feeling of crisp winter air, maybe even a little snow flutters with the white space and the icy green background colors. Thanks for sharing.
