For this week, Polly asked us to include a pair in our cards to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Frans and Maria Linders, the uncle and aunt of Anita (snietje). It is always heartwarming to see relationships that stand the test of time, and I want to thank Polly and Anita for giving us the opportunity to be a part of this joyous celebration! I made a pair of red embroidery floss flowers, and used Pat's Sketch Challenge this week (I shifted the 5th element to the right). The sentiment is in Dutch, which, from what I understand, is the greeting used for anniversaries and birthdays. It was a pleasure making this card for Frans and Maria.

Oh, your beautiful flowers , I know personally just how pretty they are. Red, white and black is always such a classic colour combo and the gold adds real elegance to it.

I agree with all the comments. I always love black, white & red color combo but your touches of gold really amp up this card to Stunning! Your flowers are gorgeous. What a wonderful celebratory card for Frans and Maria. I imagine this will be a favored keepsake.
