First off, I love these colors, Jeanne! I used night of navy for my blue. I water colored with an aqua painter and ink pads. Added some doodling around the wc paper and rhinestones on the sentiment balloon. Decided to add some embossing, so I used a strip that came with a large ef. Popped up the navy panel.
