I made this card for the Watercolor Wednesday challenge by Angie, who shared a video on creating a cherry blossom branch! It was so much fun!
I watercolored and cut out around my watercolored cherry blossom branch. I added my sentiment using my 12" x 12" Misti, so I could stamp the sympathy sentiment to make it dark enough. I watercolored some poetry pages, tore the edges and glued onto my cream card, then glued down my watercolor branch.
Thanks for an awesome challenge Angie.
I'm also using this card for the ABC challenge: "Newsprint."

Wow! This is gorgeous. I am really drawn to your full petaled flowers, they look so good! I struggled with that! This makes a beautiful sympathy card with the lovely distressed pages in the background. I am so glad you could create along with us this week!

Gorgeous painting on the blossoms. Very realistic and billowy. Great technique with your background. Really goes well with the blossoms. Glad you are playing the challenges, and brought us this beauty. Sorry the fav button is not working.
