The image was watercolored with an aqua painter pen. The birthday frame is heat embossed in silver (although it looks black in photo). Both were die-cut. The strawberry layer was dry embossed with the Subtle texture EF. The card base was stamped with a lacy background using VersaMark ink. I found a ribbon in my stash for a finishing touch.
A joke for you: What would you call your country if everyone had a pink automobile?
A pink carnation LOL
Thanks for looking!

Did you make up that joke?? Clever girl. Long ago, my best friend's parents had a pink Rambler auto. I thought it was very cool. My Dad would never have bought a pink car. Very pretty card, had forgotten carnation was the January birth flower.

Love those yummy colors and the silver embossed sentiment frame! As much as I love pink, I'm not sure I would buy a pink car so that I could join the pink car-nation movement! LOL Cute joke, Diane!

Your joke made me smile Diane! ...and your carnation made me smile in another way given that January is my birth month! Your carnation is beautiful! Love the pretty layering and bow!

This is so pretty! I just got this retired set at a sale last weekend, and I have the birthday frame stamp, too, so thank you for some perfect inspiration!
