I don't have any of today's colors, so I used the closest ones I have. The BG is a piece of watercolor paper, sprinkled with Nuvo shimmer powder, Atlantis Burst, then misted with water. The snowflake was cut from white, the hoop from aqua mist and the fringe from tropical teal and aqua mist. There is green that shows up in the powder, so I hope that works for the pear pizazz element. The BG piece was attached to tropical teal, the sentiment stamped and the hoop popped up with foam tape. My dessert option was die cutting.

Your bg panel is really Stunning, Sue! I agree with Sallie about the snowflake and die-cut surrounding it, reminding me of a dream catcher too. Beautiful card~

Wow, when I saw your background, I thought it was made with alcohol inks on glitter paper! How clever to create it on watercolor paper. It looks wonderful along with the stamped and die cut image.
