Some Christmas Swag

Today's challenge - to paint some winter greenery . . .
I started in the corner with the 3 holly berries then added the holly leaves. From there I tried my hand at some blue spruce. I tucked berries in between all those branches for a pop of color. For some reason my little round berries weren't very round so I'm guessing the birds have been pecking at all of them - (That's my story and I'm sticking to it! LOL) Finally I added some Mondale pine to fill around the holly leaves and finished with an ancient SU greeting

You had to smile when finishing this wonderful card. Love the design of your foliage. Very eye appealing. Your painting is so well done. I like how you showed us that the foliage can be designed in different designs. Happy you played in the challenge again this week. Hope you had fun. TFS

Isn't this a beauty? Yes, indeed it is. I love the corner design. Poor birds get the blame, don't they? LOL I think your berries look great along with all the winter foliage.
