The teapotters are sending cards to Bill. Pat gave us a wonderful uplift challenge, but I immediately glommed onto the fact that he likes watching birds at all of his feeders and decided to make him a cheery Christmas card, which I will pop in the mail tomorrow. Sentiment from a garage sale, popped into the mike for 15 sec. to remove it from its block to then stamp in the Misti with Acorn ink. Birdhouse stamped in desert sand and colored with copics and melon mambo stampin blend. Outlined in B000. Used white pencil for the snow on the birdhouse roof.

What a cheery, happy card for a birdwatcher. I see you added a cardinal in your card too. Perfect for a Virginian. Love the plaid bg paper. Works perfectly to highlight your image and sentiment. Another great card.

Shirl, this is adorable! I love that bird house and your coloring! The sentiment perfectly compliments your birds and their snowy roofed house! I think Bill will love your cheery card! I also zoomed in on the fact that Bill loves to watch the birds and I'm working on a bird-themed card for him. Great minds think alike!!

Vertical sentiments are great fun - that was a nice find. I really like your birdhouse image, too. I'm glad to see one in the gallery - it was my plan B, but I didn't need to go there. I like the soft stamping.
