While contemplating what I could do with the sketch challenge from the past week I started thinking about embossing something in the lower empty space. My Nativity dies we right beside me and I thought of embossing them which led to YouTube and experimenting! I realized after that the embossing wasn't defined enough so I got out my wink of Stella pen and outlined the outline!

The color combo came because I had the Pretty Peacock cardstock already out for another card and already had the panels cut out. I knew I wanted to use black for the band across the top and had thought to make a black base. When I decided on the DSP I realized that it was pretty close to SU Blackberry Bliss!

I pulled out my embossing powder for the first time in months!

Hope you enjoy!

Very thoughtful and beautiful use of the sketch.

Holy night stars abound on your gentle scene. The wink of Stella gives just the right amount of shimmer to grace your nativity. Thanks for visiting the sketch challenge.
