This really didn't turn out to be the colors I was going for but adding the gold accent added helped I think. The poinsettia I was going for was a cream colored one with pink tints to it.

I read your description and had to blink - so Cream with pink turned into blue - you must have grabbed the wrong ink pad - still the blue on the navy bg is lovely and these days we do a lot of non- traditionally colored Christmas cards. Your application is soft and sheer looking.

The poinsettia is a beautifully shaded bloom! It was hard to get anywhere close to the colors one wanted with this , but your flower is gorgeous regardless!
