Can be done on a card with ink...or on a canvas board. Punch the holes first, then coat with Gesso, paint as desired..I used splashes of white and pulled it with the end of the brush, and also added circles from the end of a dauber. When dry, coat with gel medium to adhere die cuts. Add final coat of gel medium, then acrylic varnish to make it waterproof. Gives a leathery feel. Dry between each application. Put it together with binder rings...I added pages made from sketch paper cut to size, as well as folders from cardstock. Attach strings/ribbons to one of the rings...trinkets optional. Good for photos, notes, art journal, etc. PS Easy...just takes drying time. And cutting inside pages to size.
