I used my new markers from Marker Universe on shimmer paper, they worked better than all my other markers on the shimmer paper and blended well.
My card depicts my life as a happy crafter and glad that I had all of you during this pandemic. I spent my days in my craftroom for hours on end just creating beautiful cards and learning new techniques.
The girl dipicts her bewilderment over the world that has caused millions of people out of work and people and deaths beyond what we can all imagine. She holds her kitty for comfort and security.
My card brings to the lucky recipient lots of love and thankful that I will always have all of you no matter what happens around the world.

Look at those eyes! Happy you have new pretty marker friends to play with. Thanks for expressing yourself with this wonderful card. My cat gives me solace as well. The BG is a great backdrop for these crazy times.

Love that gorgeous background paper, MaryJo. Wonderful coloring on your model and ha, you do get extra cookies, lol...She looks very contented with her little cat. I agree, our hobby has helped us all so much!

More of that beautiful paper. It looks as if you are really enjoying using your new markers, what a great win. I'm glad you had your surgery over before all this really took off, so that you were able to enjoy crafting as therapy.

What a uber cool background! And your coloring of that fashionable girl and big orange fella had to bring you lots of fun. I enjoyed reading your take on our year. Our cyber community is truly a blessing.
