I love alcohol inks and used 2 blues and swiped them across my paper. It left a really cool and what I thought looked like the ocean.
Stamped my seahorse and shells/starfish and circles and then rubbed the black ink off. This ghosting technique leaves a silvery shadow....very cool effect and easy to do.
Added my metallic papers and decided to put a wavy edge at the bottom using patterned paper out of my stash.
Sticker and sequins added and done.
TFL and come and play with us today in the Ways to Use It Challenge.
Happy day

This has such a serene and peaceful feel - I can imagine drifting in warm water at night with bioluminescence. And I'm intrigued by your technique, I'll have to try it tomorrow.
