Purple card with lavender/green print paper. Added my last die cut from a friend, over top. Before glueing down stamped velum at bottom folded around card sides. This is my first attempt at learning to color with 1st set of Alcohol markers plus learning to use a ScanNcut 2.(hence the name #1) A dear card making friend, retired, moved and left it for me when she purchased a new machine! Added my newly colored flower (keep in mind I'm learning) glued on with foam tabs. 1 leaf helping to secure velum. Finished with a bow, irridescent sequins and the bits of white on flower is actually glitter from Wink of Stella. I've been watching Jennifer Mcguire videos for flower, headline and design placement, trying to learn to do better! At 79, I'm in the "teaching an old dog new tricks" category! I wanted to mark this 5 because it was "challenging" for me! Inside blank except for punched decor at bottom. DIL will finish when needed.

Betty this great! Love the colors you selected for the flowers and the leaves. The velum at the bottom in a lovely touch. The die cut is a beautiful backdrop for your flower. I am so jealous you have a Scan-N-Cut. How fun for you. Look forward to more beautiful cards to come. This is gorgeous.

Spectacular looking card, Betty! Love the rich colors of the flower and leaves so much. Lucky you to get a ScanNCut! Wonderful background and the way you do ribbon is beautiful!
Wow, Betty, this is gorgeous! I am almost 75 , and I know I couldn’t learn the scan and cut. Another thing, even if this wasn’t your first try with Alcohol markers, you did fabulous coloring.

Wow, Betty, this is gorgeous! I am amazed that this is your first try at using alcohol markers. You are a quick study, for sure! Your coloring is beautiful, and I highly commend you for using the ScanNCut2. What a special gift from your friend, and you've used it well! I truly love the flower on the die-cut background! A stunning card indeed! Hugs!
