My dear friend lost her beloved pet, Jackson, unexpectedly this week. I'm sure you can guess from the card that Jackson was a Schnauzer. I found this cute digital file on Etsy. Not an original concept, but I love the look of silhouettes on bright backgrounds like alcohol ink.
Process: Created alcohol ink background with Copic reinkers. Let it dry. Printed image. Let it dry for quite awhile (took over a day). I did seal it with Micro Glaze to take some of the "sticky" off the panel from both the inkjet printer and the alcohol inks. Cut the frame with two rectangle dies. Adhered to the card panel then to card base. Inside I printed the story of the Rainbow Bridge.
I hope it will make her smile. Hugs to everyone. TFL

This card is really neat and will truly be appreciated by the recipient. Losing a beloved pet is very confusing indeed so this card is just perfect for her. ~Karen.
