When I saw Karen's colors for this week I immediately thought of this die. I've had it for about a year and never used it. I'm not even sure why I bought it as it is very different. I think it may have reminded me of Frida Kahlo.
It was fun, although a bit tedious, assembling and laying out the flowers. Since they're on her head, I had to be careful not to make her look odd. Okay - I realize the weirdness of that statement when talking about an image of a woman with flowers for hair.
I'm happy with how this tuned out and I thought the sentiment worked very well.

Makes me think of a "head vase" my MIL loved. This is very pretty with all the flowers!
