I usually shy away from Slimline cards (I never know what to do with the inside of the card...), but they are so popular these days! And I need to get crackin' on my Christmas card challenge! I thought this DSP would be perfect as a background for my sentiment label, once it was cut to size & layered on some red CS.
Stamped the sentiment on red CS with the Craft ink, & heat embossed with the Winter White EP. Die-cut it out with one of the Layered Labels dies, and then used the next size up to cut a layer from the brown CS. Sponged all the edges with Vintage Photo, wrapped ribbon around the DSP panel (like a present!), spent a LOT of time tying the darn bow (definitely not something I'm good at!), & added the sentiment, popped up with dimensionals, over the ribbon. Adhered to the card front.
TFL!

Love this Christmas card, Liz. That is beautiful dp you used and your ribbon and bow are perfection! The sentiment is the perfect size for the slimline style!
Liz, this is such an elegant holiday card. I love the designer paper you used and the label die cut with the sentiment is wonderful. Thank you for making a card for my challenge.
