Card made for my great uncle, who is turning 96 and still loves to go fishing.
Next time I will stamp the fish on the background of the inside of the shaker, mask them, and create a background around them. Having them adhered to the background gives something for the sequins to get stuck on. The background needs to be smooth and flat for the shaker to work best.
