In short: die cut bird, glue to white cs and trim around it, stack more die cuts on top, color in the spaces as desired, and then add a thick coating of glossy accents in all of the spaces.
I ended up with some glossy on my top die cut, so I just added a touch with my finger to the entire top die cut which seemed to turn out fine. When I made a second one I just left the top layer off until the messy steps were done and then added it on top!
