Ways to Use It Challenge to use a typewriter or typewriter font hosted by Sabrina.
I had this typewriter image already stamped, heat embossed in white on black cardstock and cut out. I am happy to have the nudge to get it on a card today.
I stamped the image on white and cut out just the paper coming out of the typewriter, stamped the message "thinking of you" and glued it to the image.
The DSP is a retired pack that has office type words and designs. I cut out the past due with flower and also the memo piece which I attached with a staple. Stamped tap tap tap in VersaMark down the right side and a second message "hello, my friend".
I will be sending this card with a typewritten letter to a friend with whom I have not have much contact this year. It is past due the time to say hello. Thanks for looking!

I'll add the keyword to this ;-), I'd have missed it in the gallery without your link in the thread. The white on black looks just wonderful, and your fussy-cutting is great. The memo paper adds to the office feel very nicely.

This designer paper is perfect with this image. Love this, I'll bet that one weighed a ton back in the day. I would really love to have a typewriter like this to display in our office, it is so cool!

Wow, this is really great to see the image embossed onto black. You brought me way back to school with the overdue notice. Fabulous way to show off your typewriter.
