This was my 2nd try, free-hand. Just got some new Brusho colors and had to try them. I dotted the paper with a white crayon first to insure I would have some white seed spaces. I debated about adding the sentiment and covering up so much of the painting but the words fit in it so well. MISTI made that easy. I first did black and then versamark and clear EP so there are no black specks to deal with. I made this for my step-daughter who takes my little granddaughter out for walks and is allowed to pick one berry a day from her neighbor's strawberry patch.

Wow! What a great idea to add in your crayon resist. I know I would not have thought of that! Your berry is so yummy and what a sweet thing for your step-daughter to do! So sweet!
