I experimented with sponging a printed napkin with fabric stiffener, letting it dry and then ironing it. I was then able to add other mediums quite easily. Stamped and embossed flowe and cat and cut out kitty.

I am totally impressed that you have a napkin stash the texture must be really cool to play with in person. ( mine are just white) Did you stamp the red blooms over the other colors?

If you hadn't mentioned that the bg was a napkin, I would have thought you watercolored it....you are that talented. A stunning card and the cat being in black and white lets it stand out from the flowery bg.
Oh, wow! I adore the lines on this cat! Stunning. The black and white lines ar so stunning in a garden of wildflowers. I want to try something similar. I love this so much!

Very cool, Lori! A napkin stash? Oh no..now I have to be on the look out for cool napkins. Won't hubs be thrilled. It's not like I don't save everything else.
