Well, when the Retro Rubber challenge called for buttons I was stumped but then I though about Button Bear!! One of the very first SU sets I bought and still keep in my treasured retired sets. I had never colored him with blends before and that was terrific. Of course I had to make his button stand out a bit by coloring red. Then in my stash of hoarded buttons I found this very cute heart that I thought would go along with the card's baby theme. The sentiment is from another retired set, Wild Things, maybe about 2017-18. I used a Blends marker to color the white twine a dark blue. Thanks for taking a peek at my card. I loved seeing my friend Button Bear again!

Beth, this is adorable! I never even noticed the little button on his arm...it stands out for sure the way you colored it! I love the little heart button you added too! And his bow....it coordinates so nicely with the colors of your DSP! A terrific baby card that will certainly make someone very happy! So glad you played along with us at Retro Rubber!

Button Bear is adorable and he's retro enough that I've never seen him before! Colouring him with Blends worked perfectly. Love the little heart button too - perfect for a baby card. Thanks for playing along with us at Retro Rubber Challenge.
