I couldn't resist one more case of a card by our Featured Stamper this week, Fran:

A Halloween Invitation by Mary Fran NWC at Splitcoaststampers

I kept her layout, color palette and ribbon accent, but used Halloween Cat stamps, a different sentiment and embossing folder. I have used these stamps many times before, but never thought to line them up like this! Thanks, Fran!!
