It's Anniversary time and my hubby was lamenting that he might not have a card for me this year because of stores being closed; stay-at-home orders; etc. I remembered Cook22(Sabrina) mentioning in a post that her dh "shops" her stash of cards for his needs, including her birthday. So I took a page from his playbook and made this card for my hubby to gift to me. We got a good chuckle out of that.
I had used the full image of this stamp on his anniversary card a couple years back. I colored the image the same colors as his card; die cut the frames and glued it together. The front still looked a bit bare so I added the velum hearts that I already had cut from a previous project (love when I can use stuff I already have). The sentiment is computer generated using the font Creamy Chocolate. Luckily for me, he does say I make his heart happy.
Hope you are all enjoying your day and that you find something in this day to celebrate too. I am blessed with a wonderful husband, partner and friend.

I remember reading about Sabrina's great idea, thanks for the reminder and for the big smile you have put on my face after seeing this. Happy anniversary to you and your honey, Debbie.

So very sweet, Debbie. And, a belated Anniversary to you if it has passed. I love you put the image in a heart. Seems Sabrina gave you a good tip.

What a truly lovely anniversary card this is Debbie. I love how you placed this endearing couple inside of a heart-shaped aperture. The detailed border die and vellum hearts are the perfect finishing touches on this wonderful anniversary card! I love how you took inspiration from Sabrina and made this card for your hubby to have an anniversary card to give to you. Yay! ~Karen.
