 | | Back in the day when I mailed cards with flowers and bows, I'd throw on an extra stamp and write "hand stamp" on the envelope. When I went to mail this one, post office now wants $5.40 to mail because it's considered a "parcel" instead of an A2 envelope due to the lump from the bow. |
