This concept for this card evolved as I went along. I knew I wanted to use the Waterfront stamps to create a peaceful scene. I kept trimming the image and it made me think of a postcard, so I added the corner mounts to evoke it being saved in a scrapbook. The sponged edges and seagulls were added to fix some oopses.

Wow, this is so pretty, and I recognized the stamp that was part of the balmy breeze set. That is one of my all time favorite sets SU has ever put out.

Lovely old-fashioned, restful feel. It reminds me of book illustrations. I like your scrapbook concept - it's certainly like the old ones I have from my grandmother's house with old postcards in them.
