My mom gave me a bunch of Dear Doily die cuts in various colors, so I used one as a frame. I also had the flower leftover, so this card came together super fast. This one will go to this week's Teapot recipient, Jean. Thinking of her and wishing her brighter days!
I was inspired by our featured stamper, Laurie (virgo5). She has a bunch of fun cards in her gallery! I chose the card in the link below to CASE. Instead of the cat being in the circle, I put mine in the background. I used flowers and similar colors.

Thank you for joining the tea-party this week. Those enchanting kitties in the background have put a huge smile on my face this morning, so I am sure Jean will be touched to receive this. I like the idea of stamping in the background and leaving the centre of the wreath for the sentiment.
