"Do whatever it takes to let your spirit soar." Within reason, of course. Remember, we're being careful still. Right now, I could do with being a bird. I envy them, except for their life span.
I searched 'window' tutorials and I found the layered window frame. This technique is very similar to this week's TLC and I'm not sure why it's called a window but I went with it. The biggest difference is you cut with a large die that will fit around the cardstock after it's scored. My pierced oval was the only one that fit. I used backgrounds from my stash: a stencil on a gel plate, ai on a gel plate and a DOx background for the butterfly on the oval, which is covering up a big boo boo. I used Distress milled lavender and victorian velvet to sponge on the white cs. Trust me, there is a lot of different media on here.

Oh, ha - I looked at that one too, and decided it was an upmarket version of the TLC. I think it's called Window simply because of the shape of the dies it uses, it could probably equally be called Label if it was Spellbinders dies. (My guess, only). Lovely use of it, and the butterflies are perfect with the sentiment.

I trust your use of multiple media...This is awesome...great stenciled gel bg and the lavender color is very pretty. The fold with this shape kind of has me seeing this in the future as a fish bowl....maybe? I'd like to be a bird, too, Jean especially right now....

Polly says a fish bowl-this reminded me of the old-fashioned candy jars at the 5 and dime. A whole bag of jelly beans for 25 cents! Butterflies are always great for soaring sentiments.
