I was enthralled reading Susan's post about Mary Delany. A wonderful artist I dedicate my card to today, no not Mary - Susan!
I stamped on the white panel and then on peach paper. I fussy cut the poppies 3 times and staggered them using Pinflair glue to put them together. Added ribbon and bow, and sentiment reflecting the days we are living in right now. Coloured a few pearls with a Copic marker to finish.
Stay safe x

That is so soft and pretty, Sandie. And a perfect sentiment for the moment...I love the dimension, and the way you left the leaves uncoloured for a softer, lighter look whereas I would have automatically coloured them in.

Thank you, sistah, for bringing to Mrs. Delany’s gallery elegance and loveliness! Can we be women of a certain age and pretend we have all day to pursue our heART? Your card is a perfect addition and the balance of your elements makes for amazing work...always. Smiles and gratitude.

Those peachy tones are so pretty with the gold embossing. I must say I have never seen such incredibly tiny pearls in all my life . . . be still my heart.
