I used masking fluid to add the clouds..then I did the bg by smooshing DO inks on a craft sheet. The cherry blossoms were stamped and colored with pencils. That's about it..except here's my inspiration .

That's one of my favorite quotes! Love the combination of stamped cherry blossoms and die cut Eiffel Tower! The French print at the bottom is a bonus!!
